| Base on the analysis of the structure and function of factory automation solution,the monitoring board is designed and implemented, so as to resolve the track theproduction process of automation.At first, this paper introduces the structure and function of factory automationsolution. By analyzing the monitoring board in the role of the solution, the system isdivided into server with Database access and client for WPF. Secondly, this paperstudies the communication mechanism of WCF and designs the architecture of server,focusing on design and implementation of modules subscribing the Oracle database andoperating multisource-database. In addition, the paper makes a research on Prismstructure and some design patterns. It made a realization of FMB monitoring module,tool controlling module and conveyor controlling module. By event mechanism inPrism, the communication in modules is implemented. Finally, Stress test is done andsome test cases are listed. The development of the whole system is completed.The system has been successfully applied in actual production for operator toprovide accurate information. |
