Based on the analysis of the structure and function of Composite ApplicationLibrary software architecture, the characteristics of Windows CommunicationFoundation is studied, the factory automation software of solar energy panel is designedand implemented.Firstly, this paper introduces the structure and function of factory automationsolution. The characteristics of Composite Application Library and its application arestudied. Secondly, this thesis studies the communication mechanism of WindowsCommunication Foundation and designs the architecture of server. The server sideincludes Query Service and Business Service. Query Service focuses on design andimplementation of modules subscribing the Oracle database and operatingmultisource-database; on the other side, Business Service discusses the design andimplementation of solar energy panel manufacturing execution system using Workflows.In addition, the paper makes a research on Windows Presentation Foundation and thedesign patterns of object oriented like Module-View-Presenter, and also, it introducesbarcode printing, crystal reporters, the communication between modules and so on.Finally, on the server side, some test cases of function test and press test are listed; onthe client side, some test cases of module test and press test are showed.
