With the increasing cost of human capital and development of Internet information technology, under the American industry internet reform and German Industry 4.0, Chinese companies in the manufacturing industry are experiencing the transformational process, which targets the industrial automation and production intellectuality. The combination and development of manufacturing and internet become the main stream. The production and internet technology can be combined in industrial corporations, ignore the traditional resource integration process method, and establish personalized digital service platform which is designed to deal with information. As a result, the cost will be reduced and quality will be improved, which optimize production engineering.In recent years, most manufacturing companies have completed the automation of factory distinct and upgrade of equipment, accomplishing the mature information management system including OA (Office Automation), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). However, it is still hard to analyze the complicated resources and information in the factory efficiently. In addition, there is lack of seamless link between process information. Therefore, this dissertation aims to establish a factory intelligent monitoring and analysis system, which is embedded into the Office Automation System of the client company, which the production status of the factory is checked clearly and vividly by managers. This system can also support the decisions related to optimization of management and help workers in the workshop deal with the real time condition and manage the production speed better.This project employs the most common environment in the manufacturing system, NET industry high efficiency integrated development environment. Based on this environment, the C# language is used as development language of software development Based on the customer demand, PI (Plant Information) real time database and SQL Server are employed to review the industrial history and collect real time data, respectively, which combine the factory production data and corporate management information, avoiding the appearance of "isolated information island". And it can also integrate with the MES of client firms safely and efficiently. Data synchronization processing, visual factory displays, analysis of parameter of manufacturing process and so on are finished as the main tasks of this system.This dissertation introduces the relevant technology and background, demand performance analysis, general system design and detailed analysis and realization tasks of this software, concentrating on factory intelligent monitoring and analysis system. The main functions of this software are visual factory, product line monitoring, and Key Performance Indicator statement analysis. In addition, this paper also introduces and analyzes the business logic of every block and also explains the part of the whole system completed by me. Meanwhile, some non-functional requirements of this system such as reliability, reusability and safety are also insured. Finally, according to different business logics, this paper also fully describes the system development work, interface implementation and test results in detail.With the implementation of factory intelligent monitoring and analysis system, factory production process could be better traced by users, business information could be communicated strongly, production tasks could be completed more effectively, and timely decisions could be made for the production status. For now, this project has completed the system integration with the client company and new versions of this system will be updated in the future to adjust to the office automation system of the company and maintain and optimize the system information.
