With the development of economy, the progress of the society, the unceasing enhancement ofproduction management automation level, especially the popularization of the network, societycentralized monitoring system in all walks of life have been applied more and more. When the newtechnology of safety production in coal mine is continuously applied and the management level isunceasing enhanced, We need consider the mine’s general production process as a whole to monitor andcontrol the coal equipment and safety environmental. For the function of the existing mine monitoringsystem is single and the resource is unshared, We designed a set of integrated automation informationmanagement platform, production management, and industrial field video images, personnelmanagement, industrial monitoring environmental parameters, such as the unified platform transmissionand integration, and according to the structure characteristics of the system,We also designed a coalmine integrated monitoring software based on configuration software,which can collection thecomprehensive information and improve the level of coal monitoring automation. The main content ofthis paper is:Firstly, we set forth the definition, advantages and technical features of the fieldbus technology andindustrial Ethernet, and emphasized CAN the fieldbus technology and industrial Ethernet technology,and analyzed advantages of the thecan fieldbus technology and industrial Ethernet technology and thefeasibility of its applying in coal monitoring and control system.Secondly, we proposed some methods of the monitoring process,such as direct measurementmethods, indirect measurement methods, and some fault inspection method in data collection.Thatmakes we can still collect data and control area’s work in the network system malfunction. Thus, wecan use it for practical operation.Finally, using the software system development, the field device is depicted vividly and equipmentwork is simulated dynamically,and the real-time data is displayed and storaged.What’s more,we canget historical data query print, alarm enquiries,net rights management and access to data in anetwork..The system makes the coal mine’s real-time monitoring in real-time, security,reliabilityfeasible because of the industrial Ethernet network software Settings and system firewalls andhigh-speed transmission quality installation.Within the two years, this system has been applied to the mine safety conditions and theproduction process for real-time monitoring, surveillance, control and dispatching management, wecould say this system is the new generation SCADA coal real-time monitoring system.
