In the state of rapid development of the auto sales market and intense competition of automotive markets, the pattern of the domestic automobile marketing is undergoing major changes and adjustments, the large automotive marketing services group is developing rapidly. The scale of these groups continue to grow at the same time also open up new business areas, traditional business support systems can not meet the requirements of group development of the automotive marketing services company.The thesis combined the research needs of the Sichuan science and technology support project "automotive group service enterprise model of development and service innovation management system development and application", as the prototype on an automotive marketing services group enterprises in Sichuan Province, analysis of business characteristics and organizational structure of automotive marketing services group enterprise, in view of business integration control demand for the group enterprises, the thesis analysis to establish the necessity of the group of automotive marketing services information systems. According to the characteristics of the group’s business status and data analysis, designed automotive group by the two parts of the marketing services business management system and group data unified analysis. The design unified analysis of system solutions by using data warehouse and automotive marketing services group data of OLAP technology, and carried out a detailed plan on the system functions.Group data unified system design included:designing, group enterprises access to the dynamic data of the subsidiary function, worldwide enterprise data warehouse model design and Multidimensional data set for the automotive marketing and maintenance services. Group of automotive marketing services company’s business and data characteristics were studied in the system architecture design process, the design used a combination of programs of departmental data marts and the group’s data warehouse so that the system had good scalability, and been able to adapt the group’s future development changes. In order to improve the analysis of forecast accuracy, clustering, timing analysis and data mining methods were applied to business data analysis and forecasting. Taking into account the important influence of external information on corporate development, data warehouse model taking into account external data access and loading problems, and has been reflected in the design.Finally, through the program to achieve the main function of automotive marketing services group data unified analysis and processing system, completed the deployment of the Multidimensional data set and OLAP analysis graphical display.
