Experimental teaching is an important part of the university teaching, and has anirreplaceable role in personnel training. Laboratories are the main components of theexperimental teaching and are the personnel training mode important base of the qualityeducation implementation and "emphasis on practice, encourage innovation". For a longtime, during to the single basic experiment teaching mode and backward laboratorymanagement, the initiative and enthusiasm of the students was effect. So, open laboratoryof higher schools is the new method to cultivate creative persons and the process to carryout experiment teaching innovation. Open experiment teaching is advanced according toclose disadvantages of traditional experiment teaching. It is an inevitable tendency ofreform of current experiment teaching of colleges and universities. Open experimentteaching is not only single laboratory opening, but also the whole reform of experimentteaching system.Experimental teaching in colleges and universities is not only an important link tocultivate students to grasp practical capability of engineering which is regarded as animportant component of the comprehensive quality but is also an important part to improvethe scientific research ability of faculty. Nowadays the laboratories in colleges anduniversities have been in the critical positions to cultivate innovative talents for our societywhich is always a historical mission. In order to adapt to the economic development andscientific and technological progress in the new century, it is an inevitable choice thatcolleges and universities put forth efforts on fostering students’ ability of engineeringpractice and spirit of open innovation including raising the scientific research levels offaculty. In view of development and the laboratory construction characteristic of institutionsof higher learning, raising the laboratory teaching level should be supposed to rest on thenew requirements and standards which various sectors of society have put forward forcreative talents’ knowledge, ability as well as the comprehensive quality. They shouldanalyze the problems existing in the teaching of laboratories and then reform the backwardsystem of lab teaching system to establish new models of experimental teaching andoptimize means and methods of lab teaching so as to facilitate the cultivation of students’active access to knowledge and flexible application based on their own understanding ofprocessing. Furthermore, improvement of experimental teaching facilitates cultivating ofthe students’ creative ability, training students for practice and rigorous and realisticscientific quality such as the bravery of daring to explore, studying diligently and goodthinking.Based on the study of large numbers of literatures and systems, aiming at the limitations of traditional management mode, the project put forward to develop laboratory openingmanagement system. With an eye to the actual situations and needs of institutions of higherlearning, the design rules of the system were proposed according to the aims, contents,meanings and management processes of laboratory opening. The users, frame, functionsand database of the system were designed in detail. This thesis mainly includes The Systemof The Laboratory Open Type Reserve and Management project analysis and the networkprogramming, this system is the information management system of a typical model, itmainly develop the establishment and maintenances and head application procedures ofinclude the backstage databases develop two aspects. Request to build up a data consistencyand integrities for the former strong, the database that the data safeties like. But thenrequest the applied procedure function to the latter complete, easy usage etc. characteristics.Through analysis, we use the SQL Server2000, the Visual Studio.NET2003conduct andactions development tool of the company of MICROSOFT, making use of variousdevelopment tool that faces to the object of what it provide, building up the systemapplication prototype in the in a short time first, then, start the prototype system to carry onthe need generation to the beginning, revise and improve continuously, until formation thecustomer is satisfied and can go the system.
