Network has become an indispensable part of modern life, with the arrival ofinformation age. Some daily activities now almost can be implemented in thenetwork, such as watching TV, reading newspaper and books, shopping and so on.Due to the convenient features of the network, more and more people are wild aboutimplementing these daily activities on the Internet, which make network usersincreasing in geometric progression. Network presents more and more opportunities,e-commerce have spring up in the network environment. network market is almostsaturated in10years, the competition of e-commerce is deteriorating step by step. Itis extremely urgent to looking for a new thinking to analyze the present operatingenvironment of e-commerce and improving the market competitiveness ofe-commerce site.The theoretical support for the effective development of e-commerce from thepoint of view of information ecology was provided, basing on the study of thetheory of information ecology. The influencing factor which needs to notice in theprocess of building e-commerce site’s management mode was analysed, accordingto the information ecological environmental factor. The evaluation model ofe-commerce site management elements was summarized through the study on thecorrelation of various environmental factors, which provides a new thinking to solvethe problem of management pattern research.First, the environment of competition of China’s e-commerce site was analysed bystudying the theory of ecology, information ecological factors, information environmentand information balance and so on, before e-commerce site management mode wasconstructed. According to China’s e-commerce site general management situation, manyproblems in e-commerce site management in our country were proposed, such as deviationof creation motive, poor commercial consciousness and unreasonable business scope.Secondly, through the analysis of operation characteristics of e-commerce site in China, thee-commerce site management elements under information ecological environment wassummarized information literate, ecological niche, information flow, web technology and the ability to adapt the macroenvironment. The development of elements influence each otherand the healthy development of the e-commerce site depends on the mutual promotion of allthe elements were proposed.Finally, based on the principle of strives for realism the innovation, e-commerce sitemanagement pattern under the information environment was constructed. And according tothe correlation of the elements, website business model evaluation model was established byusing analysis tool SPSS, which providing new ideas to the research of e-commerce sitemanagement mode.
