In recent years,the e-commerce of China is into the booming period,the size is becoming more and more big,which has become the world's largest Internet market.At the same time,along with the development of information technology such as cloud computing,Internet of things and so on,data information is rapidly expanding,big data era has come.It is possible to using the Big data technology to analyze the development of e-commerce industry chain and provide the corresponding guidance.Since the status of economic development,infrastructure development of e-commerce,online shopping habits of local residents and other differences create different levels of e-commerce.Therefore,how to measure the level of e-commerce development,find deficiencies and problems of their own development,put forward constructive optimization measures is the focus of this article.Based on the status of e-commerce development of Zhejiang province,Wenzhou and Jinhua are selected as the research objects.Based on a lot of theoretical knowledge and literature,this article chooses seven factors which effects the region of e-commerce development,such as information infrastructure,logistics services and so on.At the same time,this article uses poor standardization method and gray prediction method,selects representative 3 level indicators,7 secondary indicators and 10 three indicators,builds a regional e-commerce development level evaluation system.Finally,combined with evaluation results and current situation,this article takes Wenzhou as an example,it proposed toconstruct a regional third-party e-commerce trading platform and create a two-dimensional code integration services for area product.
