| As the Internet technologies developing rapid, E-business develops better than beforeand people also require more than before. Now, the existing E-business is called the FirstGeneration E-business and it has a lot of disadvantages. First, the information that people getfrom Internet is only electronic category, which is short of vividness;Second, searching andcomparing information, even deciding and paying all need people's participation. Theseboring works give customers much inconvenience. Mobile agents are an emerging technologythat makes it easier to design, implement and maintain distributed systems on the Internet.They have acquired a lot of attentions in academy and enterprise during recent years. Thetechnology of mobile agents applied in E-commerce can resolve a series of problem andprovide characterizing services to consumers and companies, such as exploring intelligentresources and automatic bargaining, etc.This thesis discusses the method of using mobile Agent in an e-commerce environment.We studied the technology of e-commerce mobile Agent and e-commerce first, proposed amodel of B2C e-commerce to simulate the realistic trading process.These Techniques includea 2-phase evaluation and an auction-like negotiation model.Both evaluation model andnegotiation model are based on the evaluation criterion with clustering based grading function.What a consumer needs to do is to submit requests including the information for the desiredproducts, selection preference through a browser. The submitted information will be sent tothe master agent at the server of the Agent Server Provider (ASP) which will employ itsworker agents for subsequent shop searching/filtering, offer gathering/evaluation, negotiationeven booking and payment. The whole process is transparent to the consumer. |
