Study On The Storage Management And Control Circuit Of 42-inch Color PDP

Plasma display panel is a kind of flat display panel, which has the characters of slim profile, light weight, large display size, large viewing angle, rapid response, memory character and so on. The research of PDF began late in our country. So in order to occupy the domestic market, the PDPs which have independent property right must be developed. The research in this paper, namely the storage management and control circuit, is a part of the task "the development of 42in color PDP circuit". First, the display principles of PDPs is introduced. Second, the scheme of storage management and control circuit is given. How to realize the circuit by use of PLD is explained in details. Finally, the cause of artifacts and how to reduce them is discussed in theory.
