In Semantic Web, RDF is a framework to describe the resources and Ontology is used to represent the semantic. Ontology is the basis of the information sharing on the Semantic Web. The diversity of Ontology brings the variety of semantic meanings, and Ontology mapping becomes an effective way to share meanings between Ontologies.For different characteristics and functions of inner Ontology and domain Ontology, Ontology mapping should be separated into inner Ontology mapping and domain Ontology mapping, and different mapping frameworks are applied in these two mapping models. Ontology mapping Information is also divided into inner Ontology mapping information and domain Ontology mapping information. Inner Ontology mapping information records the semantic information shared in the domain, and domain mapping information records the semantic information between domains. By studying the Semantic Web search models, It's obvious that the description form of ontology mapping information, the query algorithm and the veracity of Ontology mapping have a great influence on the performance of Semantic Web search.Mapping information is frequently queried in the searching process, So its organization, description forms and query methods have a great influence on the performance of semantic search engine. The Organization with Multi-value information system and the description form with RDF can simplify the information retrieval and share these mapping information on the Semantic Web widely. The mapping information query algorithm can exactly find out the correlative semantic mapping information by a set comparing method.There are two main characteristics of domain Ontology: a large number of nodes and small scope of the cross-field. From the abstract foundational tier of domain Ontology, the pruning arithmetic of domain Ontology mapping prunes the branches which have no mapping relations, and then carry through the mapping process concretely in the remaining branches. The pruning arithmetic reduces the scale of mapping and improves the efficiency of domain Ontology mapping.
