The Research On Control System Of Automatic SMD LED Taping Machine Control System Based On IPC Framework

Automatic SMD Taping Machine is one kind of special equipment that is used to packaging SMD LED, and it is also the crucial equipment for SMD LED wide application. The function of automatic Taping Machine is orderly arrangement the LED materials and packaged into disc. A control system with high working speed, high integration and high extensibility has been constructed based on industrial control computer and cardcage in this paper.According to the manufacturing process of taping machine, the paper designed the mechanical control scheduling. Then according to the manufacturing process and user demand, designs the technological parameters of the taping machine. This paper selected the control system of automatic taping machine based on IPC framework, through comparative various taping machine control system. With object-oriented programming and modularization design, the control system of whole control function is accomplished by using VC++6.0develping tool. Choosing the high precision timer based on analyses the real-time characteristic of the Windows operating system. Through the analysis of each functional module, formulates the detailed flow chart for each functional module of the taping machine control system, and makes the control system by useing multi-threading technology. Finally, Debugging the stability of taping machine control system, used the method of gradually increasing control functional module. In the debugging process the paper uses the high resolution counter, tests the thread execution time of the control system, analyzes the problems of control system, solves the problem of control, and realizes the taping machine stable and reliable control. The Research on control system of automatic SMD LED taping machine control system based on IPC framework, with the advantages of the man-machine dialogue friendly interface, work speed, high control precision, easy to expand, low cost. The most importantly the control system developed in this project to achieve the desired goal, and pass the acceptance of enterprises.
