At present, the industrial control domain extremely pays attention to utilizing the real-time information. The industrial production also develops facing large-scale, high speed, highly effective, integrated and automated day by day. We should introduce the more advanced control method and the data acquisition technology, make the best of all kinds of real-time information which coming from factory in order to enhancing production efficiency the maximum limit and creating the benefit for the enterprise.The distributed computer automatic control system introduces advanced computer technology to the traditional industrial production domain, using the computer to aid industrial production. The monitoring and manage of the sintered mine production line in this paper is a professional work. The sintered mine's quality is linked directly with the craft condition of sintering process, but the automatic control system can carry on the valid monitoring to the production process and make full use of the real-time information to obtain the advantageous guidance suggestions for the production, providing the more true and reliable real-time and historical data for the decision-making layer to cause the production smoothly to carry on according to the predetermined target.First, this paper has researched the commonly real-time data acquisition technology and separately introduced their concepts and characteristics, including Shared Memory, Dynamic Link Library and Dynamic Data Exchange technology. Second, the overall design of automatic control system has been given, mainly including the system's function, framework and flow, the software and hardware configuration, the data stream way and the system networking plan. This paper also has produced the specific design of the finished product subsystem, narrated its control area, the control function and so on according to the engineering project. Finally, in the research and structure design foundation, the paper has implemented the real-time data acquisition and communication, taking the finished product subsystem as the background. It mainly has completed data acquisition and transmission, the production process operation and monitoring, the man-machine alternation, controlling and giving an alarm. The VC++ application program has already undertaken the data acquisition function, also integrated the communication function with HMI. It is the system software core. The application program obtainsdata through the communication between the data acquisition card and the intelligent gathering front, at the same time as the DDE server transmits the data displayed in the human-machine interface to HMI application program, but the HMI application program acts as the client. Moreover, the paper has also described the advanced technology and the detail questions used in the implement process.This system has been developed using HMI and Visual VC++ 6.0 together, improving the real-time character and versatility of the industry data acquisition software. And the information further integration in future has been built the good foundation for the factory. Therefore, this paper's design method aiming at the specific application of industrial process automatic control, has the very high efficiency and the remarkable economic efficiency, has the certain referenced significance.
