In recent years,the scale of the flat-panel display industry has continued to expand,and the rise of smart phones,tablet computers,and other electronic products has made flat-panel display production specifications increasingly larger.Defect detection in the production process of glass substrates can ensure the yield on the premise of ensuring product yield.The automatic optical inspection system for tilting flat panel displays is commonly used to detect defects on glass substrates.In order to meet the inspection requirements of liquid crystal panels,instruments and equipment must have high resolution and high stability.In this system,motion control is an important part of the device and the basis for the inspection of glass substrates.The control system has been designed to control the multi-axis motion based on the motion controller MP2300 S with servo drive module and the input and output module.According to the testing process of the instrument,the program of logic control and motor motion's control has been programmed by the MPE720 software.The PPC-3120 industrial tablet is used as the touch screen of the man-machine interface,the software which has been development based on MFC and multi-thread technology,which exchanges data with the MP2300 S,and communicates with the image processing unit and the remote monitoring unit.Finally,the whole machine is tested and analyzed to realize the motion control and timing control of the system,and the running speed stability of the rotating electrical machine basically meets the system functional requirements.
