Production Data Acquisition System Of Cement Enterprises Based On Multithreading Technology

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and the acceleration of the pace of urbanization,cement is becoming an essential and more and more important raw material,which plays a very important role in the economic development of China.Meanwhile,cement enterprise is the source of high energy consumption and high emission,only the cement production data is grasped in real time and accurately can managers realize the fine management of the energy consumption of cement enterprises,achieve low consumption and low emission.Therefore,the production data acquisition system plays an important role in cement enterprises.There are a lot of problems in the domestic data acquisition system,which is mainly reflected in the following two aspects,first,the utilization of CPU resources is not sufficient,second,the independence between tasks is lousy and poor system reliability.Aiming at the above problems in data acquisition system,In this paper,using.NET as the development platform,combined with the advantages and characteristics of multithreading technology,cement production data acquisition system based on multithreading technology is designed by C# language.The main work of this paper includes:(1)This paper studies the multithreading technology of.NET platform,and makes an in-depth study and grasp of the thread classification,implementation and operation.(2)It studies cement production process,graps the function and structure of each process,analyzes the structure and characteristics of cement enterprise production data,and the electric data acquisition point is given.(3)This paper puts forward the network structure of cement production data acquisition system,describes the main network interface,and class SerialPort and OPC technology are studied deeply.(4)According to the idea of multithreading technology,the software framework of the system is designed in this paper,global variable declaration,initialization,thread operation of the main thread,as well as the data acquisition threads of serial port,OPC and DSM,which are designed and presented in detail.(5)Branch database and production line database are designed and created,the production data acquisition system is developed and implemented by C# language,and the results of electric data acquisition are showen in the end.
