In recent years, as a new type of energy saving and environmental protecting,themicrowave has been developed rapidly in and abroad. As a special application inindustrial control,how to use microwave-heating technology directly affect theapplication prospect of microwave-heating equipments.The complex operatingprocedures bring a lot of uncertain factors to microwave-heating equipments, whichmakes the microwave-heating system unstable.The existing problems are as follows:the system functions are too simple, the control precision is insufficient and so on.Aiming at these problems, we put forward a kind of high-power microwave controlsystem based on Windows CE.In this paper,we first introduce the development situation of the computer controlsystem,give two of the most common mathematical description: difference equationand pulse transfer function, and then establish a mathematical model to thehigh-power magnetron control system.Later,we propose the control system based onWindows CE according to the high-power magnetron mathematical model and thencarry on the function analysis and design of the software. In the computer controlsystem, the control algorithm occupies a very important position. Aiming at thecontrol system based on Windows CE,we propose a kind of incremental PID controlalgorithm based on fuzzy rules,which simplifies the three parameters needed to beadjusted to one parameter, and realize the self-tuning of the parameter according tothe industrial operating experience and the fuzzy rules.And then we validate thefeasibility of the system and presented algorithm in industrial production.At last we extend the high-power microwave control system based on WindowsCE.According to the problems exposed in the current large-array magnetron controlsystem,we put forward a large-array microwave-terminal control system based onEthernet, and simply introduce the function analysis, design and implementation ofthis system.
