With the development of electronic technology, electronic testing technology is also in constant development, the user requirements for test system are also increasing.Under the background of information age, users hope that the test system can be combined with network technology, so that the test system becomes more intelligent.Users control the test system through the computer, which simplify user operations and improve test efficiency. The instrument technology and network technology are combined and applied to the test system, which has good development prospects.This paper describes the design of multiple power supply management system control by computer program, to improve the testing efficiency and simplify the testing for the purpose, to realize the combination of testing technology and network technology as the starting point, design the power supply management system structure and system control interface.Power supply management system structure provide pathway for system communication in the hardware, also provide a working platform for the system control interface. The system takes the computer as the control center, and power supply as the same level controlled units, centralized and decentralized information through the switch, to realize computer control of power supply based on LXI bus communication technology.System control interface realize human-computer interaction of information in the software. The user can control the power supply by send commands to the power supply through the control interface. Power supply sends information of working state to computer and display the information by system control interface. In this way,system realizes the monitoring of power supply in real time.Design system control interface by means of Visual Studio 2010 development environment Windows Form platform. Interface control program combined with network communication technology realize the transmission of data between the host computer and the power supply. On the basis of data transmission, the function ofpower mode setting, output voltage setting, output current limit setting, working state information display of the power supply, and data storage are realized.In this paper, multiple power supply management system achieves the remote control of power supplies through computer. This system has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, fast response speed and high control precision. Testing with this system saves time, improves the test efficiency, and avoids the impact of human factors on the test results brought by manual operation.
