The controlleras the main body, software integrate logic and fault tree analysis, use static diagnosis,dynamic diagnosis carrying out electrical-hydraulic fault diagnosis for pumping machine,finally through the man-machine interface gives diagnosis results and fault processingmethod, moreover, PDA and other external expansion also can do this. With that,serviceman can deal with failure quickly; the automation degree is also enhancedmeanwhile. Through the experimental test results, the system has achieved good effect,and can be widely popularized and applied.The development of diagnosis system is modular, these modules has stronguniversality and expansibility, can be constantly improved and supplied in the future.Moreover the mode and structure of the fault diagnosis system can be transplanted toother engineering machinery products, has a good applicability and developmentprospect. |
