The wireless RF(Radio Frequency) technology at ISM(Industrial ScientificMedical)Band takes place wired data transmission because its characteristics such asconvenient operation, flexible using, without permission and so on. SOPC(System on aProgrammable Chip)is a flexible and efficient SOC solution. It integrates neededfunctional module such as processor, memory, I/O, LVDS and so on on a PLD chip toconstitute programmable SOC. It is the result of mixing PLD and SOC technologytogether. This project very research and system develop SOPC technology and ISM bandRF technology. It uses FPGA to build the controller of wireless RF transceiver system,which integrates most functions of system on a single FPGA chip to realize the functionof fetching data at short and middle distance.This paper introduce how to select components according to system’s request,research the main compoment such as FPGA chip, SDRAM and EPCS flash chip, dataacquisition and convertion component, RF transceiver and display etc. It analysises,demonstrates and determine the overall project design of system. It uses advanced SOPCtechnology. It uses Quartus II development tool to build the hardware of system. It usesNios II IDE amd C/C++language to develop software of sysem. This paper introducesthe hardware and software design process in detail including Nios II CPU, JTAGcontroller, SDRAM controller, EPCS Flash controller, Data acquisition module controller,RF transceiver controller and LCD display controller. It uses hardware descriptionlanguage and IP core to finish hardware design of SOPC. This paper expounds peripheralhardware design theory of system, provides circuit, simulation waveform of each module and the result of system debug. It adjusts and analyzes the test result, compares designrequirements to summarize evaluate. The result show that using embedded technology ona single FPGA chip to realize wireless transceiver system, which has advantages compareto traditional controller such as strong portability, flexible application, short design cycle,online programmable etc. The achievement can waidely be used at many situations suchas noncontact RF smart card, data acquisition system in industry, small wireless dataterminal, access control system, wireless meter reading system, wireless485/422datacommunication...
