With the development of information technology, a large quantities of City card was issued in the construction of digital cities."City Card" is a symbol of modern civilization, city information technology optimized the processes of public services resource integrating and information sharing facilitated the public’s life."City Card" improve the efficiency of government management,such as public transport, education, social security and other public services, community resources, it provide convenient government services, it is a platform of electronic payment and application management services. Now a days Digitized City E Card system is integrate Campus E Card System,The city card applications in campus is an innovative application, According to comparison of several contactless IC card systems, This article details the development of campus card systems of several course. This article focus on the city card and campus card integration process, comparing a few kinds of non-contact IC card campus card system, non-contact IC card, RS485serial interfaces, POS machines and the principle techniques were studied.In accordance to the design specifications of "IC card application construction technology" which published by Ministry of Construction.This paper describes the implementation of several programs of study, comparison with city card system and the campus card system, integration of the two system have been studied.Public financial payment card applications integrate campus card is a combination of innovative products.It breaking the daily activities of the original campus, identity management and social financial payment and settlement phase separation between the bottleneck, inside and outside the campus to build a unified platform, enabling teachers and students enjoying convenient services, it is China’s first public use of CPU card technology into the campus card application success stories.
