Research On Management System Of Oil Consuming About Vehicles Based On Contactless IC Card

Energy is the basis of national economic development resources. There are many kinds of companies which consume a lot of oil. What's more, the consumption is difficult to measure. For this reason, a lot of energy has been wasted. According to the current condition, the paper focuses on the management of the oil consumption about internal-combustion vehicles in large enterprises, which is hard to measure. The purpose of the paper is to conserve energy and improve energy efficiency.It is a new attempt to raise this issue and research on it. The experiments of the subject are operated in Tianjin Port NO.4 Stevedoring Company. The main technology applied is Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). By using contactless IC Cards as media, the data of employees' consumption and related information are transferred to computer through IC Card Reader & Writer. The management system of the oil consuming of vehicles can be used to manage employees and vehicles by administrators of the company.Firstly, the basic components and principles of RFID are researched in the paper. Secondly, the principles, components and application designs of contactless IC card and WM-16U reader are explored. Based on the requirements of actual production and management, IC cards' protocols and IC card reader's rules are designed. Basic data is delivered by IC cards and transferred by a reader to a computer. Finally, the paper focuses on the design of the management system of the oil consuming of internal-combustion vehicles. The functions of the software include data acquisition, searches, statistics and printing. In addition, by using the software, employees' and monitors' cards can be registered and reused; information of employees can be revised. Lots of improvements have been made to the system after repeated experiments.The results of experiments show that by developing the management system of the oil consuming of vehicles, the consumptions of vehicles' have been measured and classified. Administrators of enterprises can manage employees based on them. Energy conservation and production costs' reduction have been achieved.
