With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, smart card technology at home and abroad, from all walks of life are widely popular, campus id system has become the inevitable trend of campus management information system development. Most of the campus one-card system development is basically aimed at universities, there are few aimed at middle school. The one-card system management of primary and secondary schools has become a hot topic of campus management development.Based on the understanding the IC development and application status at home and abroad, first of all, dong research on the IC card technology, and then chosen one type contactless CPU card after a compare of different cards.Secondly, aimed at the chosen non-contact CPU card, designed more suitable application and safety multi-level file organization structure, provided access method and design different keys under different directories and show their inheritance.And then, follow the principle of practicability, economy and expansibility, given the overall plan of our university one-card campus system. To meet the demand of the system, designed and realize three sub-systems:basic function, card management, application management, So as to satisfy the school roll management system, information sharing, and service function, and satisfy the municipal, district and county bureau of education and schools for students management, as well as the needs of the development of education in the future.Finally, design some aspects of the campus one-card system safety and maintenance.After the analysis of factors influencing the safety of the campus one-card system, combined with encryption algorithm and the existed principle. Presents traditional and modern cryptographic algorithms cryptographic algorithm combined method. Used the traditional cipher algorithm to realize key generated. Use modern cryptography PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) to implement Key security management scheme. And introduce the digital signature technology to one-card system. Design the digital signature system of campus one-card system. Has certain reference value on the campus card trading security and authentication.Proposed in this paper about the design of the contactless CPU card and IC card system, its size, investment, advanced, practical, is very suitable for the current school, the demand of the municipal education commission, will play a good role in promoting the quality and development of teaching for middle school and elementary school. Hope that this article can help the one-card system development of other cities as a reference.
