Oa Office System Design And Implementation Of Higher Vocational Education

In recent years, a number of vocational colleges who make the social needs as the goal and develop the ability to apply technology as the based line have appeared with the rapid growth of the China’s higher vocational education. But the OA (office automation) of these colleges is not high; most of the daily office is still in manual mode, which has caused heavy waste of human and financial resources. The office automation system is a new way to work, which combines the modern office technology and computer network. It is an important part of the modernization of vocational colleges. And the use of the OA system can make the transmission of information faster and more convenient, greatly increase the office tools and improve the office efficiency.By analyzing the history evolution and development of the current OA system and combining with the actual situation and demand of vocational colleges, this project makes the OA system construction project of Henan Vocational College for the research background. It designs and implements the OA office system of vocational colleges.The campus office systems of the Henan vocational and technique college are based on the Microsoft. NET technology, the system architecture uses B/S mode architecture, the system running platform entirely uses Microsoft operating system. This office system includes the following subsystems:document management subsystem, personnel management subsystem, students’management subsystem, education management subsystem, logistics management subsystem, security management subsystem and fixed assets management subsystem. The achieved document management subsystem has already run more than one year, the users of departments have evaluated the system’s function and the application’s effect highly, the school leaders have unanimously endorsed the system.This project makes use of the stable, efficient and convenient B/S mode as the system architecture, the cheap and stable SQL Server2008as the system’s back-end database, and the current more popular development environment based on Microsoft.Net platform.First, this project analyses the necessity and feasibility of college to establish the office systems, and proposes the design principles and design goals. Second, we design and implement the functional modules of the major subsystem of the system--document management subsystem and personnel management subsystem in detail. The document management subsystem includes issued a document management module and receiving management module. The personnel management subsystem includes staff’s files management module, payroll management module and daily attendance module. The achievement of both subsystems has improved work efficiency, saved human resources and financial resources, which is a major step to office automation for the vocational colleges.
