Design And Implementation Of Vocational Education Colleges Office Automation System Based On Java

With the development of communication technology and the popularity of internet, office automation (OA) has become more mature. Currently, OA system is quite popular in home universities. However, it is less applied in vocational schools because of high cost of development and difficulties in operating the system.In recent years, China has been promoting the development of vocational education, and the sizes of vocational schools have been enlarged too. Therefore, the resources of information are more various and the amount of information is more numerous than before, which is asking for an effective OA system suitable for application in vocational schools.The article analyzes different elements in the investment, constructing period and the maturity of relative technology of OA system. In the article, the author introduces relevant technologies in the construction of the system, then furthers the study on the frame of the system and illustrates the design and function of every model, and finally ends with system tests on some functions.The article is written according to the experience in developing the application of OA system of Yuedong Senior Technical School. Therefore, the research may be a reference for the construction of OA system in other vocational schools.
