Recently, our country develops higher vocational education energetically, a largenumber of higher occupation education emergent under the support of country. TheseHigher Vocational Colleges has become an important part of higher education, but theydevelops serious lag for their lower automation degree of Daily office and too muchartificial mode. The realization of office automation is rather necessary for much highervocational educationFirstly this thesis analyzes the current development and background of officeautomation, and puts forward practical needs of system depend on the actual situationand needs of higher vocational colleges. Through analyzing the system demand, integrated office system design is divided into eight systems. This office systemincludes the following subsystems: document management subsystem, personnelmanagement subsystem, student management subsystem, education managementsubsystem, logistics management subsystem, security management subsystem and fixedassets management subsystem. The archives management and personnel managementare two important subsystems to analysis and design. Document management subsystemincludes a management module and receiving management module. Personnelmanagement subsystem includes employee file management module, managementmodule and daily attendance module. On the database and the database security of thetwo subsystems are analyzed and designed, detailed analysis of the design description ofthe key module is given. Finally using the B/S model as the system architecture, C#asa development language, SQL Server2008as background database system the paperdesign and implement the two subsystems on Microsoft.Net platform. At the same timetest and analysis of the system are showed, while improved design is made.Practice shows that the two subsystems of school can satisfy two major officedepartments. At last not only the work efficiency is improved, and the manpower and financial resources saved. The input and use of the two subsystems is a great step to theoffice automation for higher vocational colleges.
