With the development of science and technology and the extensive application of CCD, the industrial production, national defense, security and the need of high speed CCD HD in daily life is more and more widely used. The traditional CCD sensor camera pixel is low, frame rate is slow, the camera has a great defect in speed and resolution, unable to meet the increasingly high demand for the use, and high speed CCD HD in image resolution and frame rate has more prominent advantages, has injected new vitality for the CCD camera. Recently the world in high-speed CCD camera research and development invested a lot of effort and a lot of achievements, has the extremely vital significance to carry out research work of high frame and big area array CCD camera.Firstly,We simply introduct Kodak Company production line transfer array CCD sensor KAI-01050, principle of work, the progressive transfer of CCD charge transfer mode and digital image processing method based on the hardware platform, design of structure of high speed HD CCD system comprises:a drive circuit, CCD video signal sampling and analog-digital conversion circuit, digital image data processing circuit, power supply circuit, switch board data transmitting and receiving interface circuit etc.. Including the hardware circuit design of some key technology:can drive circuit stable driving high-speed CCD; DDR2design technology can realize the large capacity high speed data access; can realize a large amount of data image data transmission Camera Link interface image transmission technology. At the same time, FPGA digital processing board for the system control program and the related algorithm provides the movement platform, including some key technologies of the system working procedures:adaptive correlated double sampling technique, wide dynamic image processing algorithm and modular asynchronous parallel real-time image processing technology. In this paper, through the study of these key technologies, completed the design of high-speed HD CCD system, so that the whole system can work normally, the output of high frame rate, clear, noise-free image, meet the actual use demand.
