This dissertation is mainly on the design and realization of8mm hybrid monolithic continuous wave Doppler close detection system.According to the operating principle of Doppler close range detector, the main indicators affecting the performance of detection system are analysed, and the designing scheme and specific indexes of8mm hybrid monolithic continuous wave Doppler close detection system are put forward.According to the main indexes of detection system, horn antenna part of detection system is chosen. Gunn diode is used for oscillation tube, and using rectangular waveguide cavity signal generator is designed, which can output sine signal of34GHz and20dBm. Waveguide-coaxial converter, waveguide-microstrip converter, double balanced mixer and low pass filter are designed making use of HFSS and ADS software. This dissertation designs hybrid monolithic module, including the selection of MMIC chip、the design of microstrip circuit and power circuit、the layout of cavity.The software and hardware of DSP module are designed using TMS320F2812, which is the core chip of the processing system. Firstly, the main hardware circuits of signal processing module are given; then schematic figure and PCB diagram of digital signal processing module are presented; according to the requirement of Doppler close detection system, the part of software shows the flow chart of signal processing module, and completes the sampling and processing of the Doppler signal.Finally the hybrid monolithic module is manufactured and tested, and the8mm hybrid monolithic continuous wave Doppler close detection system is measured. The results of measurement meet the demand of this system, and verify the feasibility of this scheme.
