This dissertation is mainly on the design and realization of eight millmeter continuous wave Doppler close range detector.According to concrete targets of eight millimeter continuous wave Doppler close range detector.It has carried out the whole system software and hardware analysis with emphasis, and has completed the design of overall scheme and parameter analysis including key technology in oscillator,single-balanced mixer,video amplifier,signal processing module based on TMS320F2812 digital signal processing,system power and so on. It also puts forward improved scheme for hardware.According to concrete targets of the detector,this dissertation has carried out the design eight millmeter continuous wave oscillator,chose the Gunn diode which confirmed to the demand,and completed the welding and debug of the circuit.It also has carried out the design and simulation of the single-balanced mixer by the software of Advanced Design System, importantly optimized each target of single-balanced mixer which was confirmed to the demand.According to the real demand of the dector,based on the amplifier AD8671 of the TI company,it has completed the design and debug of the video amplifier,and carried out the draw of the hardware circuit by the software of the Protel,make it has the gain which was confirmed to the demand of the dector.This dissertation has design and fulfilled digital signal processing module by using the TMS320F2812,explained the hardware's structre of the F2812 in detail,carried out the software design of the digital signal processing board importantly,gave the process of the digital signal,completed the A/D collecting and processing of the signal,showed us algorithms's frame which was used to measure the Doppler frequency,realized the digital processing of the Doppler signal, so it could realize the function of measuring speed.This dissertation has completed the sofware and hardware association of the system,it realized the function of measuring speed within the scope of the millmeter detector.It achieved demand targets.The tests results of the system verified realistic of the scheme.
