Along with the development of communication industry the market is becoming more and more competitive, the various marketing strategy is needed, and also the more personalized service is asked by customer. Nowadays, adjusting and optimizing the allocation of resources to reduce cost of enterprise, improving enterprise profits, enhancing the core competitiveness are the difficult problems for operators. Through mass data of CRM and BILLING systems, analyzing and getting a large amount of data, which are benefit for marketing staff to grasp the market information, is the main purpose of business analysis system establishment.The following designs are realized in this thesis. The overall architecture designs which include network topology structure, database and software system. Data center designs which include each layer of data, and data flow; The implementation of system configuration which include system networking, wide area network bandwidth requirements, system storage, the system hardware and software installation and debugging; System management and maintenance which include system parameter configuration management, user privilege management, system backup restore function, user access log management, and system monitoring management.Based on Oracle database, the business analysis system of Jiangsu Unicom is established and on line operated. Through this system, operating data are analysed, more timely and accurate information are provided for market strategy formulation, the achievements of business information management become the strong support of the market management activities, a solid foundation is established for the evolution of next generation system platform.
