Computer Retails Business Analysis Based On Data Mining Technology

With the development of economic globalization, the impact of financial crisis and the advent of meager profit era, the computer retail trade is facing enormous challenges, so, how to survive in the fierce competitions has become an urgent problem.Making correct decision is the lifeline of enterprise for survival and development. It is especially necessary for the computer retailing to make scientific and effective business analysis, where the pressing need to deepen the industry informationization is arising. And the Data Mining technology has provided the powerful support for realizing this demand. We can find significant information such as useful pattern and laws of business by the data mining based on a large amount of management data and provide technical support for managers, which will make the most of the information and promote the information increment use.Profit is always the core of the operation of an enterprise, and a key factor of retail profit and development. Analyzing the profit and its source, obtaining its growth point are important for managers to adjust policy of operation and hold the market in time. On the basis of new perspective---Sources Analysis of computer-retail profits based on the commodities profitability analysis, this thesis focuses on the methods'analysis and the problems that should be solved, and then realizes the business analysis in retail trade by DM technology, using K-means method of cluster analysis under unsupervised learning, the classical Apriori algorithms of association rule, and the tool SPSS Clementine for it, then establishes a model associating with the data mining process.We have resolved two aspects in the paper:1.Using K-means algorithms in cluster analysis, we realize the business analysis based on Profitability in retail trade.2.Using hierarchical search algorithms of association rule---Apriori algorithms, we get the best profitable model based on Profitability.Through adopting the best profitable model, the computer retailer is expected to adjust the sale plan in time to maximize profits, so that he can enhance its competitive power in the fierce market competition.
