Research On Petrochemical Operations Management Modeling And Optimization For MES

Manufacturing Execution System is the most important technology method in informatization of workshop managing. The productive process management of the workshop can be visualization, real-time and meticulous by MES. This thesis is on the background of production run workshop of a petrifaction enterprise units,it has analyzed operation management pattern and data flow of petrifaction enterprise, and put forward a production schedule optimization model. This thesis also make requirement analysis and overall solution designs of the production run management system. The main component of this thesis is:In the base of investigation in petrifaction enterprise, it combines MES theories and analyzes the functional module and development tendency of MES, this thesis explication significance of carrying out MES in internal petrifaction enterprise. Combining the informatization building condition of petrifaction corporation,it has analyzed the existing problem of production run management,and it has put forward solution and implement matter. On the basis of above, it has analyzed and optimized MES production running management pattern and operation flow, and determined production run management data flow of petrifaction enterprise. It puts forward design discipline, designing features, constraint and strategy of petrifaction enterprise production run management system, analyzed functional partitioning of the system and described logical construction and running environment of the system, developed petrifaction enterprise running management system which is geared to the needs of MES, carried out the tight coupling of petrifaction enterprise running management and modern technology.This thesis has build up the mathematical models for key program of production module in petrifaction enterprise production run management system by the mean of linear programming. The module has been optimized by the methods of linear programming, and the optimizing strategy using and considering itself resource of enterprise and market supplying and needing, formulating reasonable plans which can satisfy the needing of the market. In comparing artificial experience and experimental result, finding out that it can arrive at optimum result by optimizing calculation in the method of mathematics programming.Now, this system is test running in a chemical industry bloc, and it has excellent practicability. The application of this system availably advances elevation of petrifaction enterprise's level of management, at the same time, the develop of this system has laid a foundation of relational follow-up work of this research subject.
