At present, both the development of society, and the banking industry's own reform and development, personnel management of the bank has set a higher and update requirement. To set up a personnel management information system based on information technology, computer technology, and network technology not only an important basic job, but also realize the modernization of the banking personnel management, to speed up the prerequisite for scientific decision-making.According to the requirement of Bank of China, Weifang branch's personnel department strengthen the computer informationization of personnel management, combination of the current development of management information systems and personnel management current situation of the actual situation. We have designed and developed the personnel management system of Weifang branch. Based on the content and features of personnel management work, this system provide accurate and comprehensive personnel management data management and processing functions, it can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of bank's personnel management work, and realize the computer modern management of bank's personnel management work.In this thesis, with the detailed research on the personnel management work of Weifang branch, we have analyzed the personnel management's current situation and requirement of users, and then set up the model of function and information.The main work completed are as following:1. Sources and background on the topic and related research introduction;2. Requirements analysis and design, functional design, architecture, database structure, system safety and reliability of design;3. Introduce the implementation and the technologies of this system, including system architecture, system realization and system security technologies etc.4. This system used the design model based on the data dictionary of database, realize the system scalability, so that the system well adapted to the user changing business needs. The main characteristics and main results are: Bank of China, Weifang branch of Personnel Management conducted a survey, and on this basis to make the system functional requirements analysis; the structure of the system design, and design the system data storage and management system; design and discusses the system security architecture.The development of this system is basically completed; testing on functions now, essential to achieve the desired results.
