In recent years, while people is unceasing enhancement to their work and life leveldemand, a new name—smart office monitoring system is raised. Compared with thetraditional office, the smart office not only provides a work place for workers, but alsoprovides a comfortable, safe, comprehensive office environment. Through, setting smartoffice monitor system inside the office, make all types of office equipment by original passivestatic state transition for a dynamic wisdom of office space, optimization of the peopleworking environment and save unnecessary energy loss. At present, most of the intelligentmonitoring system adopts PC machine network technology and field bus technology to realizethe combination of indoor electrical control, due to the need to indoor for cable networkSettings, so that the whole system installation complex not easy to implement. This paper is inorder to solve the problem which is said above. Choose Zigbee to replace the cable net cloth,which to make the whole system become more flexible and convenient.First of all, this paper carry on the investigation to find out the situation of present smartoffice monitoring system, including the current smart office monitoring system of clothnetwork implementation means, the current smart gateway to realize condition, and analyzethe need to implement an based on wireless communication network with new gatewaystructure of smart office monitoring and controling system of necessity.Secondly, the paper provides a smart office monitoring and controling system frameworkbased on―Double Gateway‖structure through analysis of status of current indoor gatewayimplementation. This structure is made up by four-way Zigbee smart gateway datatransmission module and local smart office monitoring and controling module. In the smartoffice monitoring and controling system based on―Double Gateway‖theory, the systemacqusite and analyze the raw data by four-way Zigbee smart gateway data transmissionmodule and transmit the analyzed data to the smart office monitoring and controling module.Thanks to this strcutre, it not only has improved the performance of gateway, alleviate the uplayer’s tasks, but also make the acqusited data safer because the data has been processed bythe down layer’s module.Moreover, in order to make an effective smart controling of indoor envrionment, thispaper use the control algorithm module based on PMV to improve the device controlingstrategy in current indoor monitoring and control system. This algorithm calculates the PMVvalue through six elemnts of PMV, and produces the final control strategy through fuzzy control system. Through this alogrithm, we can adjust the indoor air-condition system moreeffective to keep the people confortable and implement energy-saving strategy.Finally, this paper descirbes how to implement a smart office monitoring and controlsystem based on mobile device. The operator can do the remote control through this system.This remote control system use the third-party network communication channel–WeiboInterface-to implement the data transmission so that the system could be more fast andconvinient.
