A Research On The Emphasis Of The Modern Logistics Strategy Of Chinese Book Industry

In this dissertation,I make a brief definiton and analyse on the concept, characteristic, status and trend of the modern logistics of Chinese book industry in association with the background of much construction of logistics centers of book industry, as well as the advancement in the logistics management of the book industry in recent years in China.Then I make a deep research on the four main aspects in the modern logistics of Chinese book industry.and summarize some representative strategies.The dissertation includes the parts as follow:The part of Introduction:At this part,! introduce the background of the research on the modern logistics of Chinese book industry in brief.Then I expatiate the content, significance and method of the research.The part of text includes six chapters:1. The summary of the modern logistics of book industryAt this part,l differentiate and analyse the connotation and extension of the modern logistics of book industry.and summarize some main characteristics of the modern logistics of book industry.of which then I analyse the actuality and main trends.2. The analyse on the environment of the modern logistics of Chinese book industryAt this part, I analyse the the environment of the modern logistics of Chinese book industry on macroscopical aspects and the microcosmic aspects.The macroscopical environment includes the environment of the policy,law,statute,system,economy,geography,traffic,technology and so on;the microcosmic environment includes the environment of the publishing houses and the bookstores.3. The strategy to the construction of logistics center of Chinense book industryAt this part,! firstly analyse the principia,method and steps of the construction of the logistics center of Chinense book industry detailedly.Then I discuss the two main form of the logistics center of book industry:the center of book distribution and the center of book wholesale.and find the main problems and try to give some countermeasures.4.
