In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, computerinformation technology has been widely used in the medical field, computerizedmedical information systems have become essential in modern hospital. The HospitalInformation System through the development, the technology is gradually improved,used in major hospitals, the quality of care for hospital management level, an importantbasis for comprehensive evaluation of the technical level, thereby enhancing theoperational efficiency of the entire hospital. How to use the means of informationtechnology to optimize the treatment process to achieve the construction of hospitalinformation, and continuously improve the level of hospital services, the constructionof a digital hospital in a very important practical significance. Outpatient registrationand revenue collection system is the most basic of hospital information constructionand the most important part of the first window of outpatient services for patients. Theconstruction of the outpatient registration fee system provide convenience for thepatient’s treatment link to improve the treatment efficiency, but also can improve theeconomic efficiency of the hospital.At present, the tendency of hospital information system is Client/Serverstructure to the development of Browser/Server structure model direction, so westudied the direction of hospital information system based on the structure of Browser/Server. This paper describes the B/S structure of the hospital information systemdevelopment process, were analyzed on the status of the hospital information system,briefly introduced the background of the selected topics, as well as related to thedevelopment of hospital-related businesses, followed by a outpatient registration withthe charging system needs analysis and the theoretical basis of knowledge related to abrief introduction, which further raised the outpatient registration and revenuecollection system in the overall software architecture and technology roadmap. Fullaccount of the outpatient registration and fee system design and development steps,using the Caché database and TrakCare combination, follow the HL7InternationalOrganization for Standardization-based medical information exchange agreement with the M-language-based Caché database on the instance of medical data intomultidimensional models, follow the TrakCare the development process to develop thesystem, a flexible development cater to make it more system processes; B/S structureto ensure the use and application of the data real-time dynamic scalability. Theoutpatient registration fee system starts from the treatment process to all aspects of therelationship between the article through a large number of charts glance revealed thatthe abstract relationship between the client to the server and then to the database andrunprinciples. At last, we summarize and put forward the chance and challenge of theHospital Information System.
