Based on the detailed system requirement analysis, the ledger management system is mainly divided into basic information maintain module, out-patient registration module, out-patient charging module, out-patient drugstore module. By using unified modeling language on the system modules and system as a whole to dynamic and static modeling, including the design of the system use case diagram, class diagram, flow diagram, sequence diagram. These work make us understand the system more accurately and more reasonable for system design, and ensure system modular design, and more effective for system integration. This project fully realizes the functions of each module, meets the users'requirement, ensures that the system can be efficient, safe and stable, and lays a solid foundation for the modernization of hospital out-patient management information system.Through the black box this system has a large number of test cases. On the basis of fully tested, all bugs found in the testing are analyzed at the code level, made a comprehensive revision and ensure that the system can meet the needs and provide safe and efficient service. In addition, through a lot of testing work, the system has fully meet user requirements on function implementation, prove the system has been able to meet demand and get the correct implementation.
