The Hospital Information System Design Based On B / S Mode

Along with computer sicence develops rapidly, computing and information technology has been widely applicated in the area of medicine. Among them, Hospital Information Systems are necessary applications of computing and information technology in medical domain. Hospital information systems can directly show the imformations of medicine, teaching and research, and also provide a basis for judging the levels of medical treatment, technology and management. Inspite of hospital information systems maintaine a rapid development, there are still some problems.Electronic medical records drug management and drug management are two important parts of a hospital information system. In this paper, we design and implement a hospital information system based on data mining technology for a small-scale hospital. By employing this hospital information system, people can manage electronic medical records and drugs, excavate potential useful imformations, and raise working efficiency.Considering that hospital managements are needed to be made informatization in our hospitals, we propose a hospital information system based on data mining technology. In addition, software architecture is beginning to turn into browser/server (B/S) from client/server (C/S) in software engineering, so the software architecture of our hospital information system is B/S.There are four parts in this dissertation. In part one, the purpose, purport and mission of developing the system are introduced, and related background for the system is mentioned too. In part two, we show how to design and implement a hospital information system and give a blow-by-blow description of the three subsystems: electronic medical records management subsystem, drug management subsystem and data mining subsystem. In part three, we make a detailed discussion about the technology employed in the system. Finally, we make a summary of our work and look forward to the future of hospital information systems in part four.
