They improve the administrative ability of the public security departments.The analysis of Zhongshan City detainees information management system, isbased on the analysis of the domestic and foreign typical prison management systems.The Zhongshan City jail holds a large quantity of detainees, and the detainees are heldin short period, it brings a heavy workload to the policemen. It is necessary to use theadvanced and mature technology to develop a system to improve the work efficiencyand solve the problem of shortage of policemen.This research subject is studying how to using the object-oriented developmentmethod, the J2EE three layers frame B/S structure, the Oracle database platform and theJAVA, JSP language to realize an efficiency system. This research of this topicincludes:(1) In the system demand analysis stage: at first, analyzing the staff’s technologyand business characteristics to find out the system demands; and then further analyzingthe system application environment demand, database demand, communication needsand interface requirements; finally obtains Zhongshan City detainees informationsystem demands.(2) In the system design stage: at first determine the principle of system design,then the design of system framework, including the system overall arrange, systemnetwork structure; and then to design the system function module and database. (3) In the system realization stage: select the system key modules, such as datamultiplexing function, fugitive comparison function, instruments playing function,batch printing and approval function, picture recording function, and introduces in detailthe system implementation process.(4) In the system testing phase: firstly, analyzing the goal and the significance ofthe system testing, introduce system testing method. And then showing the system’sseveral modules testing process and result by the testing cases.
