The Analysis Of The Coordinated Development Of Rural Informatization Between Different Regions In Our Country

Rural informatization is an important aspect of the national economy and social informatization, it is the important method for reducing information gap between city and countryside, and plays a significant role in promoting the development of rural society and economy, and resolving issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmer.Rural informatization has the problem of unbalanced regional development, and the differences among different aeras are quite different, in the aspects of information infrastructure, information talents and resources. The unbalanced regional development of rural informatization has negative impacts, which is inevitable, on the coordinated development of social and economic in our country. A quantitative study on the unbalanced degree of the development of regional rural informatization, and then identify the main factors that led to the situation, it can help to solve the problems efficiently in the process of rural informatization construction of different aeras for government departments. Therefore, study the coordination degree of of the rural informatization contruction between different regions becoming the most critical and central part in the process of rural informatization. This paper studies the present situation of rural informatization in our country by investigating papers, establishes the index system and the model of the coordination degree of rural informatization between different regions in our country, and then proposes some measures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of rural informatization between different regions in our country, on the basis of analyzing the coordination degree and the influencing factors.Firstly, this paper analysises the present research situation of unbalanced development of regional rural informatization at home and abroad, and studies the concepts and contents of rural informatization, the concepts and relevance theory of the regional unbalanced development and the regional coordinated development.Secondly, this article takes eastern and western regions as representatives of the developed areas and backward areas, analysises the present situation of rural informatization in the developed and backward areas, in the aspects of rural development status, information infrastructure, information talents and resources, and takes a comparative analysis on the differences of rural informatization between developed areas and backward areas by using the methods of absolute and relative difference.Thirdly, this paper attends to apply Theil Indices to establish the index system, the model of the synthetic difference index and coordination degree of rural informatization between different regions in our country, and then study the synthetic difference and the coordination degree of rural informatization between different regions in our country. The research results show that the coordination degree of rural informatization between different regions in our country is low, and the differences of rural informatization contruction between different areas within eastern and western regions are great.Fourthly, this article establishes a factor index system of the development of rural informatization in our country, and builds an impact factor model of the rural informatization between different regions in our country by using statistic method, and then finds out the impact factors of the unbalanced development of rural informatization between different regions in the whole country and different areas within eastern and western regions of China.Lastly, according to the research results, this paper proposes some measures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of rural informatization between different regions in the whole country, also, in eastern and western regions of China.
