Design And Core Module Development Of The Jail Imformation Management System Based On B/S Mode

As the Chinese government vigorously promotes e-government, the County Judicial System and Public Security have also taken positive action. Through the work of many research,the jail supervision gradually establishes a modern management concept, the core part of which undoubtedly includes the information management system. Early information management systems have various technical standards, poor design, unshared information, low data utilization and single function and are independently planned and constructed based on the needs of the unit, which is difficult to meet the operational needs of jail.In this paper, first, the developed feasibility of the jail information management system based on B/S is very rigorous analysis of technical, economic and operational aspects. On this basis, from the perspective of software developers, the jail daily work and actual detention needs are carefully and comprehensively considered and a very detailed system requirements analysis is developed. Second, the theories and techniques and development tools, which are in the process of the system design and core functions implement, are given a more comprehensive introduction to explain to develop the system is feasible and advanced. Third, with a method of UML modeling and text description, the detailed design of the system function modules is described. Through the E-R diagram method, the detailed design of the system’s database basic tables is described. Next, the necessary configuration of the system implementation process are explained an the core function module implement of the system is carried out more in-depth explanation. Finally, the work of the whole paper is summarized and further studies are pointed.This paper studies the jail information management system that can easily dock to other information management platform to achieve real-time data sharing and synchronization. Today, the time is equal to the efficiency. The system has important significance to prevent and combat crime and an indispensable position of scientific, civilized and information developing of jail or even the whole system of public security.
