The Application Research About Project Management In The NJN College RS Management Information Systerm Development

The NJN college is approved by the Ministry of education to set up as a full-timeprovincial undergraduate college and enjoys the right to award Bachelor’s Degree. In2007, the NJN college focused attention on the construction of teaching staff, andstrived to build a high-level teaching and research team. With the teachers’ growing, themodern personnel management requires that managers and decision-makers tend todigitize management with more data rather than rely on subjective interpretation. Butthe personnel management informative level with its synchronous developmentgradually becomes deficient, especially in the information system development andapplication about the teaching administrative staff job evaluation, social insurance andso on.The author of this paper takes management job related to RS Information SystemProject in the NJN college. The paper mentioned that the project management methodhas been scientifically applied to software development. Based on the developmentprocess, the management characteristics and the management problems in the RSManagement Information System Project, this paper proposes the main method thatproject management theory is applied to problems in the process of developingsoftware, discusses the process management and quality management in the projectsoftware development, and summarizes a management mode suitable for informationsystem development project in the field of this management.First of all, the paper analyzes the problems and the reasons existing in ScopeManagement and Quality Management of RS Management Information System Project.And it puts forward the application of the theory of Project Management and othermanagement methods to solve the train of thought of the problem, and then from thescope of management and Quality Management are discussed in this paper.In terms of Scope Management, this paper analyses not only the problems in theprocess of project implementation in RS Management Information System Project ofthe NJN college, applied scope management theory in the analyses of scope definition,scope control, demand management and change management and so on, puts forward to a must that the improvement process of overall control should be implemented,researches strategies and procedures in the process of the implementationIn terms of Quality Management, it establishes the quality management system of asmall software development project in the project, starting with three processes ofQuality characteristics, Software review and Software testing and aiming at thecharacteristics of software development, which ensures quality management and controlin RS Management Information Project of the NJN college,enhances all the staff’ sawareness of the quality, and improves the quality assurance system in the projectaccording to the tools and technology of the quality management system and qualityimprovement in Modern Project Management.
