Knowlege was never put so much emphasis, and the person qualified was never cared as much in history. Once the word, human resource, came into being, it had attracted the faculties and industries, so the training has become a critical part of the enterprise's long-term strategy. As traing is one kind of education in essence, we can gain many advantages during the related design and pratice processes when we take a look at it from educatianl viewpoit, especiallly from education technology. Generally, we can always inquire the problem more comprehensive and deep if we can see in a more systemic way, and fianally find an optimal solution.With such a belief, this thesis promote a performance-oriented enterprise training desigh and practice model grounded in information society nature, learing theory in psycology, performance technology ,instruction design and the current information techology research and developement. The core parts and the main process are analyzed and discussed, and a framework is out lined here.Firstly, web-based learning situation and current is discribed, and some weakpoints of the traditional training are presented, too. So the feasibility of performance oriented enterprise training desigh and practice model surfs, and the research route also become visible.Secondly, the theory foundations of this model are exploited as follows: adult learing psycology, performance technology, instruction design and the principium of E-Learing.After integrating all above theores, this thesis deliberate a performance oriented enterprise training desigh and practice model in the third part, including some pratical and mature tools and methods which may be quite useful during the real world.On one hand, with the develpement of the technology, people are giving more...
