With the extension of3G network coverage and the deepening of smart business,3G appears the prominent position in the market. The modification and optimization forthe traditional network has been difficult to meet the information needs of people’s dailylives, and the customer is not limited to the traditional call, the requirement for newbusiness, such as broadband, voice, VOIP, has emerged. As the complexity of networkconstruction, the coexistence status of2/3G network will remain within a period of time.in a period of time, which obviously brings the higher requirement for the support of theback-end network so as to meet the development of2/3G business.According to the present situation, China Mobile in Mianyang urgently needs thesoftware tools for supporting the collaborative optimization of3G TD-SCDMA networkand2G GSM network. In order to meet the demand of system construction, it isproposed that the parameters in the adjacent areas of TD-SCDMA network and GSMnetwork would be automatically verified through three subsystems construction of datamanagement, data processing, data analysis and management.For ensuring the scalability, performance, portability, stability, reusability of theTD-SCDMA network and GSM network collaborative optimization tools, the systemuses the B/S structure. The System development platform adopts the Java, theback-end database uses the Oracle database, the connection pool is based on technologyto connect to the database; system is developed on the basis of the interface modetechnology, each module communicates via the interface, the program is designed withthe idea of object-oriented programming. The layout of the system interface uses theExtJs technology with rich components and supporting cross-browser.
