In accordance with the practicalsituation of personnel management on the Personnel Department of Datong Coal MineGroup, the system takes Delphi7.0as the development tools, Access relational databaseas the back-end, and makes the design basing on the Client/Server structure.After a series of module and systematic testing, the whole system is in goodoperation expect a little defect, which can meet the need of the personnel managementstaff in their ordinary work. It reduces many repetitive works, and increases theaccuracy of the data obviously. Among which, the usage of the statistic module decreases the waste of manpower, time and resources greatly, and improve the workefficiency.The function of this system can meet the operational demand of the PersonnelDepartment in Datong Coal Mine Group. In future, along with the rapid development ofthe personnel management work, it is a good way to make full use of informationtechnology to change the traditional personnel work style, which can better realize thefunction of the modern information system in the aspect of personnel work and is ableto work his way into the development of the enterprise.
