The construction of 3D visualization of coal mine production management system, as a symbol of the coal mine enterprises informatization achievements, will be the basis for the whole group information and will also become an important part of the "digital mine" and "wisdom mine". With the further development of information technology, coal mine, production, and information department of traditional management information system require higher improvement, so the demand of production and management information system of coal mine based on 3D visualization technology is proposed.The aim of this research:the use of the database, virtual reality,3D engine and a general data interface and multimedia technology, to establish the three-dimensional data platform, intelligent monitoring and management services for the production process and equipment of coal mine. Hope that through this research we can increase the efficiency of production safety, and improve the overall level of information.The sencond function is developed based on 3D engine DEngine development of VRmine coal mine 3D visualization platform, mainly completed the following several aspects of the work:(1) the second exploitation and the function transplantation of various VRmine professional visualization function modules based on the mine 3D visualization platform, the formation of Xiaozhuang mine 3D visualization of customized production management system platform that consists of measuring module, production module, visualization and information visualization and visualization module. Mine 3D visualization system using the actual data, the 3D visualization technology and modeling technology, to construct the mine in 3D visualization environment. To realize the 3D visualization model, as well as the integrated query, browsing, navigation, positioning and measuring operation.(2) using the VRmine platform to build, tunnel, geological surface, equipment model and scene, and introduce the scene model and 3D visualization management system into the production platform, and finally to realize the application of professional and functional module.(3) the use of the system comes with the data interface and the script programming to realize the the monitoring function of the development of access. The system through the integrated automation system and other interfaces, such as gas monitoring system, underground personnel positioning system, the video industry, display in the virtual reality environment of real-time data monitoring and early warning function.Systemic bultid the software and hardware testing platform, to design the test strategy and test process, analyzing the test results. The system has been in trial operation in coal mine, and achieved good evaluation in Xiaozhuang mine. Research and development of 3D visualization of coal mine production management platform can make it more intuitive understanding of the spatial relationship of ground, underground tunnel and the geological hazards, and query, browse, design, measurement and other work in three-dimensional system; through the early warning evaluation of geological and environmental hazard, sending warning information in real time, to facilitate the leadership to make decision, has great practical significance to curb the occurrence of major accidents and provided the safeguard for the monitoring and management of production safety. To obtain economic benefits and social benefits are incalculable.
