Design And Implementation Of Coal Mine Personnel Safety Management System

Security management system plays a very important role in security productionand personnel security in critical areas of coal mine. In this article, through researching,the development status of coal mine security management system is pointed out, andanalysis all kinds of problems of the coal mine enterprise’s security management systemand the system needed to solve the problem currently. According to the actual demand, Iconclude that the system should be designed and implemented if that it should have thefunctions and structure of coal mine security management system. In this article, themain work of mine contains the following aspects:Firstly, according to the demand for safe production in mining area coal enterprises,coal mine safety management system is designed, which includes system hardwareplatform and system software. Among them, the system software consists of serversoftware and client management software. Server software is divided into security auditsoftware and security monitoring services software of two parts, the client managementsoftware is divided into monitoring client software and user information managementsoftware.Secondly, in conjunction with the system, face detecting is realized based on bothHaar rectangular features and AdaBoost algorithm, and then through Embedded HiddenMarkov Models, face recognition module is designed and implemented in the coalmine security management system.Finally, the server security audit software is designed and implemented, whichrealizes safety verification of the unified user security information. The monitoringclient server software and monitoring client software is designed and implemented foruser security monitoring and real-time monitoring system. User informationmanagement software is used for all kinds of information to users for databasemanagement.Through field testing and having been used for a long time, the result shows that the system meet the actual demand, realizing the personnel security management in coalmine detection, including face recognition, permissions checking, alcohol checking,strengthening the security management of coal mine workers, and reducing thedifficulty of security management in coal mine areas.
