In the recent years, the coal industry has acquired marvelous development. However, miners'safety are often threated by disasters, like mine collapse, gas leakage and water seepage. It is much difficult to evacuate the miners or torescue the wounderd when the rescures have to face so complicate undergrand terrain. Succor will be successful if the rescuers can be informed of the accurate position of the miners who are in danger after the accident as soon as possible. This article introduces a new technique and method for positioning management system of personnel under mine-long distance Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technique, including the detail RF tag design within system. The RFID system consists of RF tag and corresponding reader. Due to the particularity of mine operation, the system calls for a management system adapt to the requirement and habit of management to the operator under mine, the discernment tounder-mine-operator and relative moving object, including the long distance identification capability, multi-tags synchronous identification capability, quick speed identification capability, mini-size, low power consumption and portable taking performance. Therefore, regular Radio Frequency Identification technique can not meet above requirements, it's necessary to integrate related technique with RFID technique.Accordingly this mine person positioning management system involves in ShockBurst technique to design RF tag and corresponding reader in RFID system .This article describes the following aspects of the system that I made the first part introduces the research in this direction I have the background and current situation at home and abroad, as well as the importance of my research, the second part introduces the relevant technology and the feasibility of this system, the third part introduces the idea of the overall system design, Part TV highlights some of the hardware design, introduces the circuit design, logo card design, antenna design, Part V introduces the system software design, introduces the bus spread spectrum technology, and identification cards the main program flow chart and other information. Part VI introduces the practical application of this system as well as what advantages compared to other systems. Part VII summarizes the main research content of the system and the next major tasks to be undertaken.
