At present, there are more than40upper-air meteorological sounding stations inChina Meteorological Administration, hydrogen production is an important part of thebusiness, but also one of the main contents of safety production, not only the relation isworn of upper-air meteorological service whether normal development, it is a matter oflife and death.Meteorological sounding station QDQ2-1type water electrolytic hydrogenproduction equipment, work pressure, hydrogen storage tank pressure, hydrogenproduction working voltage, current state information through a mechanical watch display,temperature through the digital display, is mounted on the dashboard of hydrogen chamber,hydrogen production personnel on duty through the inspection and observation windowmonitor hydrogen chamber dashboard, understanding the equipment operation condition,and the hydrogen chamber without hydrogen leakage monitoring device. Hydrogenproduction process is long, the labor intensity is large, the safe operation of the equipmentis wholly dependent on the hydrogen production staff on duty for observation andjudgment, slightly careless omission may cause major accidents. Water electrolysishydrogen production equipment safety operation remote monitoring system was putforward under such background of demand.The remote monitoring system which Based on the GPRS and Ethernet is a set ofmodern wireless communication technology, signal acquisition technology and computernetwork technology as one of modern monitoring system, has become the new trend of thedevelopment of modern monitoring field. Now many domestic enterprises aremonitoring field data.The system makes full use of single-chip computer, computer and moderncommunication technology, to realize the operation status of equipment remote monitoringand control system for hydrogen production. In hydrogen production site using varioussensors signal acquisition, GPRS module and the Ethernet through standard interface andhydrogen production monitoring equipment is connected, the instrumentation data passingthrough the network to the central server, server through DDN line, ADSL, ISDNconnection type is connected to the meteorological departments of internal network, thecontrol center server the establishment of a central database, the received data storage.Exception occurred when the system automatically start the acoustooptic alarm and monitoring center alarm device, and through SMS alarm information is sent to thehydrogen attendant, site security and safety management, from a single manual patrol tomulti-point automatic real-time monitoring the change of means, to improve the safety ofhydrogen production.
