Guizhou Province,the number of water conservancy and electric power school library books are very much,the current management of the library are through the manual management of library management,the past few years library is constantly expanding.We urgently need an advanced library management system to manage Guizhou Provincial Water Conservancy and Electric Power School.In this paper,we study the business of Guizhou Water Conservancy and Electric Power School Library,and our flow chart is used to model the management and operation flow of Guizhou Water Conservancy and Electric Power School Library.At present,Guizhou Province There are some problems in the management process of the library of water conservancy and electric power.We have corrected the problem in the process modeling and established a more scientific management course of Guizhou Water Conservancy and Electric Power School.This paper analyzes the use case diagram of the information management system of Guizhou Water Conservancy and Electric Power School Library.The use case diagram is related to the users and the system.The users of the use case diagram are analyzed,and the relationship between the use cases in the use case and the relationship between the use case and the role research.It is the core of the system and the core of our library of Guizhou Water Conservancy and Electric Power School.The data of managing the library is very important to the management of the library.We establish the data of the library management information in Guizhou Province.The physical model of the Guizhou Provincial Water Conservancy and Electric Power School Library and the database table.At the end of the paper,we summarize the research work of the information management of the water conservancy and electric power school in Guizhou Province,and make sure that our next step is to realize the system.
