Application Research Of Database Based On Grid Services

Currently, data integration and accessing between heterogeneous data application system have already focused on. Adopting software component technology, such as CORBA, COM/DCOM, could improve the performance and quality. But some problems also exist, such as tightly-coupled, hardly-integrated and local-computing. Grid Services appears to resolve this problem. It is an extension of object/component technology on Internet. It is an escalation of Web Services .Grid Services technology can guarantee system's connection, communion and visit transparency and so on, at the same time it has high extensibility and technical advance. Through establishing corresponding safety mechanism, it may meet need of the system safety. The research of using Grid Services Technology in heterogeneous data application system has already sprung up, and become an emphatic problem in the field of research about grid.As is stated above, this paper studies deeply into newest academic achievement and application of Grid Services technology. In combination with the requirement and design principle of Basic Database Construction of Water Conservancy Dept. of Jiangsu, it also systematically demonstrates the feasibility and advantage by applying Grid Services technology to implement the Water Conservancy Data Application Service Platform. At the same time, this paper gives a basic framework based on Grid Services of this platform. Moreover, it gave the system development environment, Grid Services' realization and the transfer, and the system's Grid Service realization of the Water Conservancy Data Application Service Platform. And it illuminates Grid service realization and transfer and the frequent questions and corresponding solution about the platform realization, also it analyses Grid Service's performance.The system model and application of Water Conservancy Data Application Service Platform which discussed in this paper fulfill the need of distributed processing of water conservancy department. And it assures the safety of database access. Moreover, this paper does necessary technology preparation for applying Grid Services technology to water conservancy system, enhancing integration of heterogeneous system among water conservancy departments and implementing extensible Water Conservancy Data Application Service Platform.
